Magic Hemp Seed Chocolate Drink



 
2 Cups Water
1/2 Cup Hemp Seeds
1 Heaping Tb. Organic Cocoa Powder
3 Lg. Dates
1/2 tsp. Vanilla
1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
Small Pinch or Mineral Salt (optional)
Blend well in hi-speed slender and enjoy!
Add ice for 1/2 of the water to make it shake-like.

Ginger Seeded Rice with Asian Vegetables


2 cups rice- basmati
3 3/4 cups water or broth
1 T ginger cone #1
2 cloves garlic
2 T sesame oil
2 T sesame seeds
¼ cup sunflower seeds
4- green onion chopped thinly
2 cups  bok choy or greens
1 carrot cone #4
½ bunch broccoli including stems cone #3
Lemon and zest
1 can bamboo shoots
Cilantro
Tamari soy sauce to taste

In Eos sauté ginger garlic and seeds with sesame oil add rice water and set to Rice 1 setting. Let cook for 8 mins add in veggies, place lid back on. Cook remaining rice setting time. Serve with cilantro and tamari sauce and lemon juice.









Orange ChickPea Goji Berry Slaw

    



½ head cabbage cone #2
1 can chickpeas or 1 ½ cup cooked
¼ cup goji berries soak for 30 mins in juice of choice
almonds
Lots of parsley & mint chopped fine
Citrus of choice- orange or mandarin orange 2 cups
10 kumquats sliced thinly

Dressing ¼ cup olive oil –juice from 2 lemons , zest
Process cabbage with the saladmaster machine and fruit, mix with olive oil and lemon
pepper and salt
