Broccoli Sauté

Ingredients
1 bunch of broccoli, trimmed and cut into small florets
1/4 Cup Vinegar or lemon juice
1/4 Cup Olive Oil
1/4 Cup Chopped Red Onions minced
1 Teaspoon Dijon Mustard
1/4 Teaspoon cayenne
½ cup Olives, thinly sliced
Salt and Pepper
Directions
Cook broccoli in 11 inch skillet adding 2 T water medium-click-low. Put broccoli in a large bowl. Whisk together all other ingredients and pour over the florets. Season with salt and pepper.
