Raw Strawberry Shortcake



Cake mixture:
3 cups or almond pulp
1 can coconut milk
1 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract or almond extract
1 cup strawberries
Sweetener (coconut nectar, agave, honey or other) to taste
Blend together
Topping of cake- 2 cups of strawberries sliced
 Whipped Coconut Cream: 1 can of coconut milk, small amount of sweetener, salt, 1tsp vanilla. Optional: coconut cream concentrate. Blend well until creamy
Put cake mixture into bake and roast or oval baking dish- top with strawberries and serve with coconut cream.
