Savory Cauliflower Sauté

1 Head of Cauliflower, trimmed and cut into small florets
1/4 Cup Vinegar or lemon juice
1/4 Cup Olive Oil
1/4 Cup Chopped Red Onions
1 Teaspoon Dijon Mustard
1/4 Teaspoon Crushed Red Chilies
½ cup Olives, thinly sliced
1 Tablespoon Olive Juice
1 Teaspoon Chopped Parsley
Salt and Pepper
Cook cauliflower in 11 inch skillet adding 2 T water medium-click-low. Put cauliflower in a large bowl. Whisk together all other ingredients and pour over the florets. Season with salt and pepper. Blow your guests away with this simple dish.
