Raw Butternut Squash Hummus



 

2 cups butternut squash with skin chopped on cone #2

Juice of 1 lemon

1 lg clove garlic

1 tsp. ground cumin

3 Tbs raw tahini

1tsp salt

1 Tbl. key lime avocado oil

2-3 Tbls fresh parsley

Chop raw butter nut squash with  cone #2 with the saladmaster machine.
Blend all ingredients in Vitamix. Serve with rice crackers or crudités.

Best chilled.
