Mexican Slaw



Ingredients
1 red onion, chopped cone #2
4 large tomatoes

½ jicima cut with cone#2
1 15-ounce can black, kidney or pinto beans, rinsed
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1/3 cup prepared salsa or pico salsa
2 cups shredded cabbage cone #4
2 1/2 cups coarsely crumbled tortilla chips

Dressing:
2 tablespoons cumin
1 teaspoon chili powder
a dash of cayenne pepper (to taste) 
sea salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup olive oil or lemon avocado oil
1/4 cup lemon juice or apple cider vinegar
1 bunch of cilantro
Preparation
Process Veggies with saladmaster machine Mix all salad ingredients together – toss with dressing and serve.
Add avocado - optional
