Corn on the cob with cashew chili  cheez sauce
10 ears of fresh corn
Put corn whole or cut into halves or quarters into large 10 qt with Culinary Basket. Add inch water on the bottom. Medium - click - low just a few minutes... until tender.
Sauce --
1 cup raw cashews


1/2 cup water
Juice and zest of one lemon
1 tsp salt
 1/2 tsp chili powder
Pinch of cayenne
Blend all ingredients in Vitamix, pour over corn right before severing.  Great topped with chopped cilantro!
