1 small head red cabbage, cone #4
2 endive, finely sliced
1 fresh fennel slice cone #4
few olives chopped
½ cup chopped parsley
¼ cup walnuts
1 large apple, cone #3

2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
1 large lemon, juiced
2-3 tbsp. maple syrup

tbsp. olive oil
Instructions
Place shredded cabbage, endive,
chopped parsley, toasted walnuts and apples in a large bowl.
