Roasted Potatoes with Onions



Roasted Potatoes  with Onions  Serves: 6
Ingredients
1 large red onion cone #3
2 carrots cone #3
1 head garlic, cloves separated
1 pound baby potatoes, halved (quartered if large)
 2 sprigs of rosemary minced fine
1 lemon, quartered
3 T olive oil
Coarse salt and ground pepper
 
Directions
Preheat EOS to 450
Toss Potatoes , onion, carrots and onion with oil
Season with salt and pepper.
Sprinkle half rosemary on top. and lemon
Sauté with lid ajar for 8 mins toss thenPlace lid on and cook for 15-20 until tender.
