Chive Mustard Roasted Radishes



Chive Mustard Butter Roasted Radishes
Yield: 2-4 side servings
Ingredients:
2 bundles or 1 pound radishes, greens removed cone #3
1/2 tsp avo oil
salt & pepper
1 tsp butter vegan
1-2 teaspoons whole grain mustard
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh chives

Directions:
Preheat EOS to 300 degrees.
In a bowl toss halved radishes with oil and a sprinkle of both salt and pepper until evenly coated. Place in heated electric skillet  -cooking until radishes begin to become lightly golden in spots and are tender throughout.  Stir once. before radishes are finished cooking, add butter and mustard  to skillet and toss radishes. Lightly stir in chives. 
Serve immediately.
