Bruschetta





Bruschetta 
 4-5 slices- bread (gluten free), 
 2-3 tbsp oil, Granulated garlic, 
Sea salt and pepper,
 Preheat  EOS on 350 degrees. Brush oil salt pepper and garlic on bread, Place the bread in skillet, Cook for 15 minutes until browning occurs.
 Remove from Skillet and set aside.
6 roma (plum) tomatoes, diced
1/3 cup chopped fresh basil 

1 zucchini cone #2
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, olive oil salt and pepper.
In a bowl, toss together the tomatoes, basil zucchini and garlic. Mix in the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Serve on toasted bread slices.
