Campfire Banana Boats in Electric Skillet
Ingredients
1 banana
1 tablespoon dark chocolate chip
1 tablespoon shredded unsweetened coconut
1 tablespoon chopped toasted hazelnuts
Dash of ground cinnamon, to taste
Small pinch of sea salt

Raw Caramel
½ cup maple syrup,
⅓ cup + 2 tablespoons of raw almond butter
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
2 dates, pitted
1 tablespoon of local honey or agave
little water if needed 4 T.
¼ teaspoon salt (to taste)



Caramel Instructions
Simply blend all of the ingredients together into a Vitamix or high speed blender until thick and smooth.

Instructions
Using a sharp knife cut the banana in half, keeping the peel, and gently opening from the slit. Top with dark chocolate chips, coconut, hazelnuts, cinnamon, raw caramel and sea salt in the opening of the banana, where it's been cut.
Next place banana in the Electric skillet.  Heat to 350 degrees  cook for 20-25  minutes or until the banana is soft and chocolate is melted.
Serve hot and enjoy!
