Lemon Nimbu Chalw



Lemon Nimbu Chalw (lemon rice)
Ingredients:
2 cups basmati rice
4 cups water
1 tsp mustard seeds
Zest from 1 lemon and juice
Preheat EOS to 300 degrees
Add in 1 T. coconut or avo oil
1 tsp mustard seeds
And 2 bay leaves
Add in Rice, cook for 5 mins and stir, add in water salt and cook at rice 1 Setting. Stir in lemon zest and juice.
