Raw Apple-Fig Muesli



Raw Apple-Fig Muesli
3 Apples
2 Tbs.chia seeds soaked 3 minutes in 1/4 cup water
1/4 Cup Hemp seeds
1/2 cup Sunflower seeds
1/3 cup raisins
6 fresh figs (Also great with fresh or frozen berries or other fruit in season when figs are not available) 
pinch of salt

Dice apples, removing the stem and the bit at the bottom. Place in a food processor with the raisins, seeds and salt. Pulse the mixture until it is as creamy or chunky as desired.  Add the figs, berries or other fruit and pulse three times so that the fruit is still visible.  Pour a generous amount of fresh almond milk over the top and enjoy.
