Pumpkin Mac & Cheese





Pumpkin Mac & Cheese
1/2 small pumpkin cone #3 about 4 cups
Salt and pepper
3 cloves garlic, coarsely chopped
6 cups almond milk + 2 Tsp Garlic powder
1 package gluten free pasta
Optional: 1 cup vegan cheese

1⁄2 cup nutritional yeast
1  teaspoon smoked paprika
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 tablespoon white miso
Pour all ingredients into the MP5 crockpot or EOS skillet, start at medium heat, turn to low cook 30 min
toss and sprinkle with herbs and serve.
