
1 cup dry white long grain rice
2 cups water
½ teaspoon salt,
1 small garlic clove, finely minced cone#1
1/2 cup thinly sliced basil & tsp dry basil
Zest from 1 lemon and/or 1 tablespoon lemon juice,
Put rice and water & salt & garlic into a 3 Qt pot or use EOS rice setting
At medium heat, click down to low, stir in butter dried basil and zest. Serve with fresh basil
