Vanilla Peach Salad CakeIngredients:
1/6 head green cabbage
1 medium-size carrot
1 stalk celery
1 apple
1/2 small zucchini
2 tbsp baking powder
1 box of your favorite Vanilla cake mix or *make your own
2 cups fruit (for the bottom of the pan) use 4 fresh peaches sliced
Directions:
Pour cake mix into a bowl; Shred all the veggies and fruit with cone #1 - or use a fine grater.
Mix dry cake mix with shredded veggies, fruit & baking powder, or eggs in a mixing bowl until moist.
Use 5 qt pan, 11” skillet, or Electric Skillet. With the fruit already placed in the bottom of the pan.
Pour cake mixture into pan. Start cooking medium heat, when vapo valve clicks reduce heat to low.
Check the cake, put a toothpick in the cake if it comes out clean, cake is ready.
If the cake is too moist, leave lid ajar for 5-10 mins while cooking.
Flip the cake over onto a plate, let cool down and serve.
20 minutes of cooking time.
