14 oz Macadamia Nuts
1 tsp Salt
1 medium avocado
1 can coconut milk
1 package semi sweet or dark chocolate
Directions
Place macadamia nuts and salt into food processor and finely process
Press into a saladmaster pie pan
In 1 qt saucepan on the lowest heat with lid on melt the chocolate chips
Blend avocado, coconut milk and melted chips until smooth, pour into pie crust, place into fridge to let set up for at least an hour.
