1/4 cup seasoned rice vinegar
1/2 lemon, squeezed & zest
2 tsp coriander
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
2-4 Tbsp fruity extra virgin olive oil
3-4 Tbsp tahini
1 Tbsp maple syrup
1/2 cup whole nuts or seeds roasted/salted

1 extra large mixing bowl (or halve recipe and toss in batches)
Cut veggies with sm macine, and toss all ingredients together and serve.
