  1. Drink more water. In Europe, a glass of water is often served with your coffee. This is a great custom as drinking a glass of water after your coffee helps flush out the toxins caused by the java juice. In general make sure you drink at least a liter of fresh water a day. If you need to know exactly how much you drink, you can keep the daily water ration in one jug and just take from the jug. Another method is to use those thin bracelets that you can get anywhere for cents a piece. Buy at least eight and put them on your left wrist. When you drink a glass of water, transfer one bracelet to the right wrist and do this until all the bracelets are on your right wrist. This is fun and effective, if not rather unorthodox. detox
