3 cups frozen Mangoes
Juice of 3 Limes
1 cup raw Cashews
4 Medjool Dates
1/2 - 1 Cup vanilla almond milk or mango lemonade
A handful of spinach
Preparation Blend all ingredients in high-speed blender until smooth but just before it becomes a smoothie :-) sweet spot.
