Asparagus Edamame Stir-Fry Recipe



1 tsp toasted sesame oil
4 green onions, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger cone #1
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

1 cup snow peas
1  bunch of asparagus, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 cup of mushrooms sliced cone #4
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1 frozen bad shelled edamame
zest and juice of one lemon
Tamari and lemon juice
Pre-Heat wok-  add a splash of sesame oil in the wok, add the onions, mushrooms, snowpeas, ginger, red pepper flakes stir for a few mins then add garlic, edamame & asparagus.  Place lid on medium click and low season with Lemon and tamari.
Serve with rice.
