1 ½ cups tomato sauce
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 tablespoon molasses
3 tablespoons Tamari
3 teaspoons smoked paprika
1 tsp chipotle powder
1 tsp chipotle powder
1 tsp cumin
½ teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon minced garlic
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon olive oil (optional)
- Add all ingredients to a
medium-sized saucepan. Bring to a simmer over medium-low heat, and
continue simmering for 15 minutes.
- Remove from heat and allow to
cool. Place in an airtight container. Keeps refrigerated for up to one
week.
