Mexican Rice




1 1/2 cups long-grain white rice  or brown
1/2 cup chopped onion cone #2
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper cone #3
1 clove garlic, minced
2 cups water
1 (14 1/2-ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chilies
1-3 teaspoons chili powder
1 teaspoon sea salt
In preheated skillet sauté dry rice with oil and chili powder 
 toast well - add onion, pepper and remaining ingredients.
Cook medium high heat- click – down to low.
or in EOS - use rice 1 setting
