1/2 cups long-grain white rice or brown
1/2 cup chopped onion cone #2
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper cone #3

1 teaspoon sea salt

preheated skillet sauté dry rice with oil and chili powder
toast well - add
onion, pepper and remaining ingredients.
Cook
medium high heat- click – down to low.
