2 cups sunflower seeds soaked overnight in water
1 stalk diced celery
Juice of 2 lemons
2 Tbl.s olive or sunflower oil
1-2 gloves garlic
Salt & pepper to taste
Add all ingredients to food processor and
pulse until creamy but not completely blended.
Yummy options: 1/2 apple, olives, red onion,
pickles, mustard. Serve with romaine lettuce.
