Miso Roasted Brussels Sprouts
Makes 4 servings
Ingredients:
1 pound Brussels sprouts
1 ½ tablespoons avocado oil
1 tsp granulated garlic
2 ½ tablespoons miso paste mixed with ¼ cup
water
1-3 teaspoon tamari or soy sauce
½ teaspoon Sriracha or other hot sauce
(optional)
Lemon juice & zest
Preparation:
Preheat 12 inch or EOS skillet to medium high heat ,Trim root ends from
brussels sprouts. Using sharp knife cut in half. Pre heat skillet add oil and
place the brussel sprouts cut side down into skillet. Sauté until golden, about
5 minutes. Add garlic; and miso; sauté until crisp-tender but still bright
green, 3 to 5 minutes. Season with coarse salt, lemon juice and black pepper.
Transfer to serving bowl.
