Chimichurri Tempeh




Chimichurri Tempeh
2-3 Pieces of Tempeh - Alive and Healing brand
 1 red onion chopped


For the chimichurri:
1 cup parsley and cilantro
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tabelspoon cider vinegar
2 garlic cloves
¼ teaspoon oregano
¼ teaspoon chili flakes
¼ teaspoon sea salt
Optional: a splash of water to thin

Place a little oil in a pre-heated 450 electric oil core skillet. Add Tempeh
Sear and cook on both sides until golden . Add in onion and cook until tender.
coat the chimichurri on tempeh and serve.
