Beets
with Lemon Dill Cream
1/4 cup fresh dill, packed
1/2 cup sunflower seeds soaked 20 mins
1 cup of water
juice of lemon
generous pinch of Himalayan salt
4-5 beets1/4 cup fresh dill, packed

Method
Place dill, sunflower seeds, water,
lemon juice and salt into blender and combine until smooth and creamy, scraping
sides of vessel as needed.
wash beets- Cut with cone
#3. Place beets into 3 qt with culinary basket and cook for 8 to 10 mins. Place
beet in serving dish and serve with dill sauce.
