tsp avocado oil1 red onion, cut cone #2
1 red bell pepper cone #3
4 whole cloves of garlic
½ cup, olives, pitted cone #4
3 T. sundried tomatoes, cut into strips
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
¼ cup chopped parsley
1 1/2 cup rice
1 can chopped tomatoes
3 cups water with 2 bouillon cubes
salt, pepper
Vegan Parmesan cheese- I like follow your heart brand to serve
chopped parsley to serve
Preparation:
Add onion, red pepper and garlic and fry for about 3 minutes, until light slightly browned in Electric Skillet at 400 degrees. Add in remaining ingredients. Place the rice setting on the Digital probe. When its ready to eat the probe will show 150 degrees on the probe setting. sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley and serve.
