Gourmet Cleansing of Asparagus
(and/or zucchini) Soup
4 Cups
Boiling Water
1 Pound
Asparagus and/or Zucchini cut in Lg pieces
1/2 Lemon,
sliced with rind
1 Cup raw
Cashews (or raw
almonds, soaked overnight)
Pinch of Nutmeg
Celtic or
Himalayan Salt and Cayenne Pepper to taste.
Add all
ingredients to blender (you made need to do this in 2 batches). Blend about 2
minutes and enjoy!
