Butternut squash & Red
onion truffle paste- mushrooms Pizza
1 pizza Crust – 1 no cook
Pizza Sauce
2 cups sliced butternut
squash on cone #4
1 cup mushrooms sliced
2 T truffle paste
½ red onion sliced cone #4
½ cup mozz cheese miyoko
Slice butter nut squash
and onion sauté in a skillet for 5 mins until partly cooked.
Layer sauce and
ingredients on pizza crust.
Cook in electric oil core
skillet medium click low. Cook 20-30 mins
No-Cook Pizza Sauce
12 ounce can tomato paste
6 ounces water
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon parsley
2 tablespoons oregano
1 tablespoon basil
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients and stir
until thoroughly incorporated. Transfer to an airtight container and store in
the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Note: Sauce can be frozen in an airtight
container for up to 2 months.
