Vegan Caesar Salad Dressing
1 cup raw cashews, soaked
in water 4-8 hours and drained
3 garlic cloves, or even
more if you like
2 tbsp. white miso paste
2 tbsp. lemon juice + zest
1 tbsp. vegan Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
3/4 to 1 cup water
salt to tasteblend it all in a vitamix until smooth
