Chocolate Beet Cake with Raspberries
 
2 medium sized beets cone #1
1 apple cone #1
1 package of a store bought cake mix or make your own
fruit for the bottom of the pan-  2 cups  raspberries
2 teaspoon non aluminum baking powder

Directions: Pour the cake mixture into a bowl; with SM machine cone #1 shred beets & 1 apple. 
Stir cake mix, veggies & baking powder in mixing bowl until moist.  Keep mixing until; the batter gets moist. Should look like a thick brownie mix.
Use the Saladmaster 9 inch skillet or 5 qt pan, or 11” skillet 
Place the fruit in the  bottom of the pan. Pour cake mixture on top of fruit. Start cooking at medium heat, when the vapo valve starts clicking reduce heat to low.
To check the cake put a tooth pick or knife in cake, when it comes out clean the cake is ready. If cake looks to moist leave lid ajar for 5-10 mins while cooking. Flip the cake over onto a plate, let cool down and serve.  20 minutes cooking time.
