Ingredients
2 long English cucumbers, sliced cone#4
½ cup thinly sliced white onion cone #4
½ cup rice wine vinegar
Little sesame oil
1tsp avocado oil
2½ tsp fresh ginger, grated cone #1
1 tsp crushed garlic
1 Tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
1 carrot, cone #2
3 Tbsp fresh cilantro, roughly chopped
1 jalapeno peppers, seeded, De-veined and finely chopped
(optional)
1/4 cup roasted peanuts, roughly chopped
2 T. Basil chopped
Lime juice and zest from 1 lime
Instructions
Process veggies on machine, toss together and serve.
