Kachumber
½ head cabbage shredded. Cone #4
2 medium sized tomatoes
chopped
2-3 small sized cucumber
chopped cone #3
1 small bunch mint leaves
chopped
1 small bunch coriander
leaves chopped
Juice from 1 lemon and
zest – more in needed
Olive oil to coat salad ¼
cup
½ tsp roasted cumin powder
(optional)
¼ tsp red chili powder
(optional)
Salt & pepper
Toss the salad well so
that the ingredients are mixed evenly. Check the seasoning and add more salt or
lemon juice, if required. serve the
kachumber salad immediately.
