Mocha Mouse Pie
1 12
oz bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 can
coconut milk (not “lite”)
2
tsp.s Bali (or other strong) coffee, ground fine
1
tsp. orange test
2 tsp
cinnamon
1 1/2
cups finely shredded, unsweetened coconut
Diced
tropical fruit for garnish
Melt
chips and blend in Vita-mix with coconut milk, coffee, zest and cinnamon.
Line
pie pan or brownie pan with shredded coconut.
Pour
in chocolate filling. Chill 1 hour in freezer or at least 3 hours in
fridge. Top with diced fruit. Serve and enjoy!
