the Vegan Green Goddess Dressing

cup herbs parsley, cilantro, basil
1/2 cup chopped green onion

tbsp gluten free soy sauce or tamari sauce or (Coconut aminos)

tbsp apple cider vinegar

lemon juice and zest
sea
salt and black pepper (to taste)

garlic cloves

cup water

cup olive oil or avocado oil
Optional - to make
thinner dressing add more water or a bit more oil.
For the Salad
