Garlic Lemon Asparagus
Ingredients
1 tbsp olive oil
1 lb asparagus, trimmed *Note 1
¼ tsp sea salt
¼ tsp black pepper
1 tsp minced garlic cone #1
1 tsp fresh lemon juice & Zest Cone #1
Instructions
Use Electric skillet or 11” large skillet Pre heat Pan Add
the olive oil
add the asparagus, salt, and black pepper and sauté, for 4
to 8 minutes,
Add the minced garlic during the last minute of cook time
and toss to coat.
Remove from the heat and toss with the lemon juice &
zest. Season to taste and serve.
