2 Lg Tomatoes, quartered
2 cups Watermelon chunks
2 cucumbers peeled and cut large
1 avocado quartered
1/2 red onion diced large
1 clove garlic diced
Juice and zest of one lemon
1/2-1 bunch basil and or cilantro
3/4 cup pitted kalamata or black olives
2 Tbls chickpea miso
Salt and pepper to taste
Blend all ingredients in blender just a few seconds (this can be done in batches).
