SALAD CAKE- CHOCOLATE PEACH
1/6 head of green cabbage
1 small carrot
1 stalk celery
1 apple
½ small zucchini
1 package gf chocolate cake mix or make your own
1 teaspoon non aluminum baking powder
Bottom of pan - 3 Ripe peaches sliced
Use 11 inch skillet or other- If you use 9 inch skillet or 3 qt the cake is thicker.
Directions: Pour the cake mixture into a bowl; with SM machine cone #1 shred all of the vegetables & 1 apple. Stir cake mix, veggies & baking powder in mixing bowl until moist.
Place Peaches in bottom of pan- Pour cake mixture on top.
Start medium - Low heat, until the vapo value steady clicks, then turn to low.
To check the cake put a tooth pick or knife in cake, when it comes out clean the cake is ready. If cake looks to moist leave lid ajar for 5-10 mins while cooking. Flip the cake over onto a plate, let cool down and serve. 20 minutes cooking time.
