Balsamic Strawberry Super Salad
5 strawberries, halved
2 tablespoons balsamic glaze*
1 diced cucumber cone #3
1 cup purple cabbage thin slice cone #4
2 cups mixed greens or spinach
1/4 cup chopped pistachios or other nuts
Juice & zest of 1 lemon
4 tablespoon olive oil or lemon avo oil.
pinch of salt & pepper
1/4 cup julienned mint 

*reduce ¼ cup balsamic vinegar in a small saucepan on medium heat- cook until it reduces by half.
In a bowl Add cucumber, mixed greens, cabbage, strawberries, pistachios to a bowl.
Combine lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
Pour dressing on top of salad, and balsamic glaze garnish with mint, and serve immediately.

Yellow Salad cake with strawberries

Yellow Salad cake with coconut whip cream and strawberries
1/6  head of green
1 sm carrot
1 stalk celery
1 apple
½ small zucchini
1 box yellow cake mix) or *make your own 2 cups.

 1 package coconut  whip cream (found in frozen section)
 1 package strawberries

*Make your own Dry Cake Mix
2 3/4 cup flour (your choice pastry or gluten free)
1 3/4 cups raw sugar or honey (agave)
2 teaspoon non aluminum baking powder
3/4 tsp salt

Directions: Pour the cake mixture into a bowl; with SM machine cone #1 shred all of the vegetables & apple.  Stir cake mix, veggies & baking powder  in mixing bowl until moist.  Use Saladmaster 5 qt pan, 11” skillet or Electric Oil Core Skillet.
Pour cake mixture into pan with spray oil in bottom of the pan or parchment paper.
Start cooking at medium heat, when the vapo valve starts clicking reduce heat to low. To check the cake put a tooth pick or knife in cake, when it comes out clean the cake is ready. If cake looks to moist leave lid ajar for 5-10 mins while cooking. Flip the cake over onto a plate, let cool down and serve.  20 minutes cooking time.
top with whip cream and strawberries.

Seeded Rice with Lima beans

Seeded Rice with Lima beans
2 cups rice- basmati
4 cups water 2 bouillon cubes)
 ½ cup seeds (sunflower sesame, hemp)
2 cloves garlic minced
1 package frozen Lima beans or peas
Lemon and zest
Tamari soy sauce to taste

In EOS add rice  garlic and seeds set to Rice 1 setting. Let cook for 8 mins add in peas, place lid back on. Cook remaining rice setting time. Serve with herbs and tamari sauce and lemon juice.
