Ingredients:
2 cups cilantro
juice and zest of 2 limes
4 Tbsp olive oil or avocado
pinch of sea salt
2-3 cloves garlic
1 jalapeno pepper, minced
2 T apple vinegar
1-3 T. raw honey or maple syrup
Directions:
Wash and dry cilantro well.
Roughly chop herbs, garlic, and jalapeno, put them in a blender with the
remaining ingredients.
Pour into a serving dish and enjoy.
