Best Greens & Rice Ever!

2 cup of rice cooked
3-4 cups greens, Kale, collards, beet greens or whatever is dark & good! chopped
Garlic- lots of it!!! To taste
1 cup of garbanzo beans cooked
1/2 cup Nutritional Yeast flakes
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

1/2 tsp sea salt or tamari
3 Tbsp olive oil
1 lemon juiced & zested
2 Tbsp Veganaise (optional)
garnish: red pepper flakes & sliced tomato
Directions:
Cook Rice, Saute Greens and garlic in large skillet or wok for 15 min until tender.
Mix all ingredients together and serve
