Red Cabbage Slaw with Sunflower Seeds

Red cabbage slaw
Ingredients
1 head red cabbage, cut cone #4
1 cup shredded carrots cone #2
green onions
parsley
sunflower seeds
Dressing
3/4 cup mayonnaise- veganaise
1 1/2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon celery seed
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper


Instructions
Add shredded cabbage, carrots, onions, parsley and sunflower seeds to a large bowl.  To make the dressing, stir together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, celery seeds, salt and pepper in a small bowl.
Pour dressing over slaw and toss to coat.
Serve immediately or store in refrigerator
