Zucchini Parmesan
Ingredients
5 zucchinis, cut into slices cone # 4
2 cups breadcrumbs (use gf, if needed)
1 cups vegan Parmesan cheese
3 cloves garlic, cone #1
1 can or jar of artichokes hearts
1 bottle of spaghetti sauce
1 onion cone #3
2 cups spinach
1 cup mushrooms cone #4
Layer all the ingredients in the EOS
Start 350 in the EOS or medium heat in the 11inch
click down to low
cook for 25 mins
